Saddlebrook Lakes is a one-of-a-kind
community located in Northeast Naples, Florida. We
have twenty private, single family, individually gated home
sites which are located on
a pristine 150-acre lake (including two islands) which is
completely surrounded by 60,000 acres of preserve. All
of the home sites are located on the South side of the Lake,
preserving the beautiful water views of the lots, and each
home site is approximately 2.5 acres.
Whether you are a nature lover, a fisherman, a casual boater
or hiker, Saddlebrook Lakes has a lot to offer. For the
nature lover, you can easily see a variety of birds, including
red-shouldered
hawks, cormorants, swallow-tailed kites, herons, ibis, and
the occasional bald eagle, wild turkey and wood stork. Alligators
and deer are abundant residents, and we have occasional sightings
of bear, panther and bobcat. For the fisherman, there
is an abundance of black bass and bluegills (a 19 ½ inch
black bass is the most recent catch)! For boaters, sunset
pontoon boat rides are a must see. For hikers, a 3 mile walking trail encircles the Lake and is for the exclusive use of the property owners. Also, South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) recently opened to the public a 12 mile loop trail within Bird Rookery Swamp, which is immediately adjacent to Saddlebrook Lakes. Bird Rookery Swamp is part of the 60,000 acres of Corkscrew Ecosystem Watershed.
Saddlebrook Lakes is truly a nature lover's paradise, and,
is the best kept secret of Naples. For those that love nature
and are tired of the hustle and bustle of coastal living, visit
